Lewis County Community Services provides administrative oversight to local Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities programs. The Department serves as a mediator between the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH), New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), and the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
