From the North
From Ogdensburg, follow Route 37 West to Route 411. Merge onto
I-81S toward Watertown. Take Exit 48 (Route 342) toward Black River/Fort Drum. Turn left onto Route 3. Turn right onto Route 26/Martin Street Road. Follow Route 26 to Lowville, Lewis County General Hospital campus is on the right just as you come into the Village of Lowville.
From the South
From Syracuse, take I-81N to Route 177 (Exit 42). Turn right onto 177 through Adams Center. Take slight right onto Route 12. Turn left onto Route 26 in the Village of Lowville. Lewis County General Hospital campus is on the left near the top of the hill.
From the West
From Rochester/Buffalo, take I-90 east to Syracuse. From Syracuse, take I-81N to Route 177 (Exit 42). Turn right onto 177 through Adams Center. Take slight right onto Route 12. Turn left onto Route 26 in the Village of Lowville. Lewis County General Hospital campus is on the left near the top of the hill.
From the East
From Albany, take I-90 west to Utica. Merge onto Route 12N and follow to the Village of Lowville. Stay straight (becomes Route 26). Follow through Village of Lowville. Lewis County General Hospital campus is on the left near the top of the hill.
