Single Point of Access (SPOA)

Our Single Point of Access (SPOA) helps adults and children with serious mental health needs connect to the right services and supports. We work with local providers to match individuals to care that promotes independence, improves quality of life and honors personal choices.

Children’s SPOA (C-SPOA)

About C-SPOA

The Children’s SPOA serves families with children ages 5-24* (if enrolled by 21 years of age) who live in Lewis County and are engaged in or actively seeking mental health treatment.

The Purpose of Children’s SPOA:

  • Identify children with the highest risk for placement
  • Develop strategies to manage these children in their home communities
  • Develop better decisions about individualized care planning for children at risk
  • Support communities to manage access to intensive services

The Children’s SPOA aims to ensure timely and appropriate access to intensive services for children at risk of multiple hospitalizations and out-of-home treatment. The C-SPOA Team provides case consultation, systems navigation, referral and linkage to mental health supports and services.
