The request for quotes is regarding the Downtown Lowville Stabilization project that will support the renovation of the vacant building known as the Steven’s Block, located at 7623 North State Street, Lowville, with immediate stabilization of the brick structure in order to continue the project safely. This quote request is relative to Phase 1 of this project in which Lewis County is seeking quotes for masonry expertise to preserve and stabilize this brick block building immediately. Quotes are due by Wednesday, September 18th so that work can begin promptly.
