Bids to be considered must be received in a sealed envelope and delivered to Cassandra Moser, Clerk of
the Board on the 2nd floor of the Lewis County (Old) Courthouse, Room 225, 7660 North State Street,
Lowville NY 13367 on or before May 2, 2024 2:00 PM local time. Bids to be publicly opened and read
aloud at 2:00 PM on May 2, 2024 in the Lewis County (Old) Courthouse 2nd Floor Board Room. Bids
received after the above noted time will not be accepted. All sealed envelopes should be clearly labeled
“BID: BLUE STREET RECONSTRUCTION”.
