The Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is being issued by Remedy Analytics on behalf of Lewis County. Lewis County is requesting proposals from qualified Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs) to administer and support Lewis County’s prescription drug benefit program offered to employees and their dependents and retirees.

The effective date is June 1, 2026.

The term of the PBM Agreement will be three (3) years

Proposals must be received by Lewis County via electronic delivery to PlanetBids Vendor Portal by 10 AM ET on October 20th, 2025.
