PURCHASE OF ONE Six Foot Pull Behind Groomer for Tracked UTV

Bids will be received by the County until (Tuesday, July 7, 2026, 10:30 AM EST) at the office
of the Clerk of the Board, 7660 North State Street, Lowville, New York 13367 where they will
be publicly opened in the Board Chambers on the Second Floor. Bids are strongly encouraged
to be submitted online via the County’s PlanetBids Portal, and all bids submitted must remain
valid for up to thirty (30) days from the date of the bid opening. No bids will be considered if
received after the due date and time and the Purchasing Department shall assume no
responsibility for the premature opening of any bid not properly addressed and identified.
