2025-103 Lewis County Composting Pilot Project

Lewis County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide food waste composting
services. The goal is to establish a sustainable and efficient program to manage and divert
food waste from landfills through composting processes. This RFP outlines the required
services, submission guidelines, and evaluation criteria for interested service providers.

or delivered in person between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
All proposals must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. on April 18th, 2025. Late proposals
will not be considered.
