Join us for an introductory Planning and Zoning Board training with the Tug Hill Commission, designed to help new Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) members step confidently into their roles.
This in-person session will provide an overview of the responsibilities and functions of Planning Boards and ZBAs, common procedures and decision-making processes, and best practices for effective board service. The training is ideal for newly appointed members, but also serves as a helpful refresher for current board members and interested municipal officials.
