This public meeting is to discuss the regulations required in New York State to attain Community Connectors, as well as a public outreach for off road trails in the Leyden, Lewis, and Osceola areas. This meeting will allow you to state your interest in off road trails on your property, or any concerns you may have. We will explain the process and benefits for allowing such trails on your property while allowing public input. We would love to hear from you regarding trail access!
